Bought our third car from Cityside and worked with Mark. He was reasonable, attentive, knowledgeable, and even came in on his day off so we could bring our newest car home before Christmas.
I had pleasure of working with the sales manager Glen but the employee Fabio is very unprofessional who was condescending throughout my time there. The attitude was patronizing. The tone was cold. Monotone. No smiles just straight angry face the whole time. Would never come here again. I felt very uncomfortable and unwecolmed. There are other Subaru dealerships that hire people who serve customers better and have great customer-centered experience.
After texting with someone in service about getting a much needed oil change, I spent an hour driving out to the dealership. When I got there they told me they stopped at noon. There is no option to make an appointment. Monday-Friday isn't an option. It's the closest Subaru dealership near me and I usually only trust my car with dealerships but I won't be back. I was also looking to trade in my car, but I don't work with businesses that don't have consideration for customers.
I would highly recommend Cityside Subaru to anyone looking for a new car! The first visit was a pleasure, with Ryan brining us on a couple of test drives. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help us find the best possible Subaru for our needs. A few weeks later when I decided to buy an Outback it was a very nice experience working with the crew there to get the car on the road. I decided to go in and do the paperwork and pick up the vehicle one morning before work. It took a little longer than expected and I had to leave to make it to work before I could take the car. Very kindly, they offered to give me a ride to work and drop the car off at my home later in the day! I ended up coming back later in the day right before they closed to pick up the vehicle and it was ready to go. Since getting the vehicle they've checked in a few times and I'm looking forward to going in to the dealership for scheduled maintenance. I couldn't be any happier with their customer service and my overall experience!
